Though you can post gaming info here, the better place to post it is in the Gaming Forum, "Meta-Gaming". Why didn't you think of that before? Well, cause I just set up Meta-Gaming as a place to post gaming info. The way I'm seeing it is General Gaming is more for unofficial gaming talking; things like sharing/reliving glory moments of gaming, talking about various systems, a place to potentially get gaming groups together, etc.
Meta-Gaming would be the place where you would share information with your players (or players share information with each other). The difference would be that Meta-Gaming would be a little more official and focused in that aspect.
We'll try it out like that and see how things work. As the forum gets more use we'll discover what the best way of doing things are (probably by doing everything the worst way till we get it right).
